Cooks Cottage, on the bend of Laporte Avenue, this cottage offers a spacious exterior with a flat yard to play a game of croquet or badminton (provided) or lay in the hammock and take a quick snooze. There is a firepit to enjoy smores and campfire stories too!

The large back deck is conveniently off the kitchen, so you don't have to make many trips back and forth while you cook on the gas grill and enjoy your dinner in the cool evenings.

The cottage has an enclosed sun porch that welcomes you into the cottage to an open floor plan with a living room with a woodstove and a cable television, a dining room that seats up to eight, and a kitchen that has modern appliances and plentiful room to prep with an island that offers additional room.

The first level also has a main bedroom with a king size bed and a large picture window for morning views and a private bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a separate bathroom with a shower only.

The second floor has the additional bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed with a cot, and the second bedroom has a Lemoyne sleeper twin cots that can be converted to a king bed.

Cook's cottage sleeps up to eight. This is a non-smoking cottage. Dogs are negotiable with a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Cook Cottage, but cannot bet guaranteed.
