A nice stroll to the beach! This spacious home located on Forest Avenue in the Park, just a short stroll to the beach is the ideal setting for your vacation in Eagles Mere. Sip on your coffee while you relax on the front covered porch, or cook up some hotdogs on the gas grill and enjoy the summer breeze in the screened in porch

The first floor has a living room with a wood burning fireplace and a television with cable, an enclosed porch area offers lots of light to curl up and read a book. There is a large dining room with a table that seats up to ten. The kitchen has a stove, two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, and all your basic cooking needs. Off the kitchen there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a detached bathroom with a shower.

There is a double staircase that can lead your way to the upstairs bedrooms. The first room has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has another queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds. There is two bathrooms; the first bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a tub only. There is a small sleeping porch to complete this level.

Pinecone sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Dogs negotiable with a non-refundable pet fee WiFi is available at Pinecone, but cannot be guaranteed. NO SMOKING.
